This Home Temple Essence Kit contains five one ounce bottles.  The essences are called Lotus, Grace, Purpose, Livelihood and Soul.  Each essence enhances one aspect of loving yourself.  

As you become familiar with these essences you will know that one particular essence can be helpful to you in resolving certain specific life challenges you have in loving yourself.  These essences can be applied to the heart chakra, which is the area around the heart,  as you sit in quiet contemplation, prayer or meditation.
