The Meaning of Christmas

by Jesus

Christmas has a completely different meaning than the Biblical concept of loving the Christ who came to Earth to save you all from your sins.  Christmas has been frozen in time as a celebration of an apocalyptic event that carries the highest of blessings to those who follow the calling of loving one another.

There was no such an apocalypse at the time of my birth. I was born under the most ordinary of circumstances.  I had no wise men tending to me.  The star that was above my head was just the completely ordinary planet in your solar system called Venus.

I am asking you to commune with a highly beautiful, highly bold concept during this Christmas season of the year 2002.  This is a big revolution in consciousness has a great deal to do of course with my only commandment “Love one another.”

I see the time has come for me to bear my soul to humanity.  I came to Earth to heal a consciousness of that says “I am better than you because I am the follower of the one true book of love.  My book has all the answers.  The prophet who inspired its’ writing is the one true healer of all of humanity.  I have all of the answers because of my beautiful devotion to this prophet.”

I Jesus, am the bearer of glad tidings of great joy.  A completely impressive concept has been introduced by my counterpart in India, Avatar Sathya Sai Baba.  Sai Baba has a huge following of devotees.  His has many devotees who are highly spiritually aware lay people.  His spiritually aware devotees know there is only one God.  They know there are an impressive variety of ways to commune with this one God.  Sai Baba’s followers comprehend the fact that in Sai Baba’s words “There is only one religion, the religion of Love.”

I Jesus, am the bearer of glad tidings of great joy.  There is only one religion, the religion of Love.  Having a community of Christians has been a great blessing for Planet Earth.  Having a community of Buddhists has been a great blessing for Planet Earth.  Having a community of Hindus has been a great blessing for Planet Earth.  Having a community beautifully conscious, indigenous tribal people who worship the Gods of the Heavens and the Gods of the Earth has been a great blessing for Planet Earth.  Having a community of lost souls who crave communion with any one who can bring them the comfort of knowing love has been perhaps the biggest blessing of all.  The blessing is called the act of giving love to those who love no one.

I call on all of you who celebrate Christmas to focus on loving all the lost souls in your community.  Giving love to those who love no one is the highly conscious act of giving gold, frankincense and myrrh.   Hold the vision of the wise men’s gifts to me as a symbol of the act of giving love.  Hold this vision and bring lost souls into your hearts.

Beginning this Christmas season live as if God completely hovers around every lost soul in your community.  Appreciate the presence of God hovering around every fearful, greedy, contemptuous, depraved, God awful, boorish, bad person.  Hold these people you know in front of you and be their consciousness of love.  How is this done?  Think of the graceful presence of saints living a life of conscious devotion to God.  This doesn’t have to be a famous saint. A saint by Jesus’ definition is a person who lives according to my only commandment “Love one another.”  This may be for example a family member, a former teacher or a very dear friend.  Saints go out into their communities and extend themselves to those who love no one.  They may work in the schools, or nursing homes or the local library.  They may be mothers who create a home for every child in the neighborhood.  They could even be local car mechanics or grocery store clerks.

“Love one another” was my only commandment.  Saints bless everyone they encounter with the act of loving them unconditionally.  Being in the presence of a saint always creates a feeling of “I feel happier.”  Conjure up a feeling of “I feel happier” in your heart.  Can you give that feeling a color?  Have you ever let your imagination give a feeling a color?  Close your eyes and say “I feel happier.”  Put your hand on your heart.  Let your imagination give you the color of “I feel happier.”   Know with you own hand you are pulsing that color into your heart.  Fill your heart with the color you connect with the feeling “I feel happier.”  See yourself sitting across from a difficult person who loves no one.  Give attention to the feeling and color of “I feel happier that you hold in your heart.  Send the person a ray of the color associated with the feeling “I feel happier” that you hold in your heart.  Send the ray to the other person’s heart center.  Create a list of difficult people in your community.  Send each difficult person this beautiful ray of color associated with the feeling “I feel happier.”

Those of you who become committed to this form of loving others are going to notice a very interesting phenomenon in your life.  You are going to feel the impact of giving others love.  The act of putting your hand on your heart and pulsing your own heart with the color and the feeling of “I feel happier” is an act of loving yourself.  As you love yourself you feel happier.  As you feel happier you have more happiness to give to others.

Communicating to others in this way has a beautiful effect on their lives.  This has a beautiful effect of the lives of those who love no one but it also has a beautiful effect on the lives of those of you who love others.  Those of you who already love others will begin to love yourselves more.  As you love others more you will have the inclination to love others even more than you already do.  This is also called loving yourself as you love another.

My definition of Christmas is this.  Christmas is a time to celebrate the act of loving yourself as you love another.  Christmas is a celebration of my only commandment “Love one another.”

Sponsor a community gathering and invite those who already love one another.  Read them this letter.  Practice this process with one another.  Notice the diverse colors that represent the feeling “I feel happy.”

Happiness is love in action.  Happiness is created by the act of giving and receiving love.  I am christening you all with a consciousness that giving and receiving love is  what the  Christmas season is meant to celebrate.  Giving and receiving gifts is symbolic of course of giving and receiving love.

Love one another as I have suggested.

Have a Happy Christmas.

Give love to those who love no one.

Consciously devote yourself to filling your heart with the color and the feeling of happiness.

Give this happiness to others and notice how this changes not only your life but the lives of others.

Just love one another.

I am yours in service,  Lord Jesus Christ
